The order came on time and was intact. However, the part (a driver's side, manual window register for a 1993 Toyota P/U) was not exactly correct. I installed the part after dis-assembling the door panel and removing the old register only to find that the new part had a different length arm than the old one and now the left window will not lower all the way. It lowers to a position about 2 inches above the window sill at which point the register hits its' internal stop.
I think maybe I received a part designed for a Toyota P/U window without a vent opening... my P/U has the vent opening.
In any event, I was forced to install the part and will live with the inconvenience, unless you discover that the part sent is actually incorrect and send me a replacement. If you do so, I'll install the replacement and return the incorrect version sent already.
Aside from the inconvenience of the window not going down all the way, the part works perfectly.
