"I ordere a drive shaft.
I called for technical info.
They were very receptive and answered all questions.
The part came in a day ( i paid for six day delivery )

The garage that did the insatll said it was perfect

Worst experience ever

"Ordered a "OEM " part for a Massey Ferguson tractor . Was assured the part would fit. when part arrived, was not even close to the same size with a difference in size by 6 inches. asked for a return label and they did not contact me for over 2 weeks until I complained to Amazon. A month later and they still have not contacted me to rectify the issue or refund even part of the price. They have my money and don't care at all about customer satisfaction. They are crooks in my opinion making false claims to get your money. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! "

Part arrived, but broke in less than a week

"Ordered a front driveshaft. Arrived fine, but within a week of install, the cv boot tore. They don't do warranties on cv boots, so i will have to repair this myself at added cost. "

NOT CANADIAN!?

"I ordered a fan cover for my RV. It arrived scratched, rubbed and cracked because their idea of packaging is to throw in lots of packing bubbles to fill in the box, but didn't put anything between the box and the top to eliminate contact. I've emailed them twice for instructions on how they want their junk returned and still don't have a response.
However, when looking them up on Google I see they are apparently a Philippines based company which claims in their website header that they are 100% Canadian - go figure...and shop elsewhere!

6 months and counting "back order"

"Canada Parts is the worst company to ever deal with. After 6 months Honda contacted Canada Parts to check on the back order which they promised 5 times different delivery dates. On the 6th try they told Honda that they have the parts in the trailer and they will eventually get to it when they feel like it. Caution!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Honda also said they will not deal with them anymore!!! I just descovered few other companies that are competitors to Canada Parts and they offer next day or 1 week delivery and prices are much better.

"Worst experience ever. They sent me a OE REPLACEMENT muffler and it was too short and my mechanic had to weld in a pipe for a extra 80 bucks. The muffler they sold me was not a OE REPLACEMENT and they acknowledged it was their mistake and would only rebate a lousy 20 bucks. These ppl are crooks to treat a customer like that. BEWARE OF PARTS UNKNOWN"

"It took them awhile to provide a status update on my order being a canadian order done through one of their websites which in my case "canada parts online". One guy said can't look things up by postal code or order ID which is just absurd especially the order ID part. I got put on-hold a few times and every time will land me in someone's voicemail. I was about to cancel and the guy said can't do as they are the RMA department.

After calling multiple times and leaving voice mails they did finally got back to me with a tracking # for my order which was sent according to their website on the day of order.

This was after many calls and the whole experience made you feel like you've been run around and that they are a shell company. Btw, they also operate under name DB Electrical.

Anyway, my order should arrive tomorrow according to purolator tracking so will see whether product looks same as advertised.

The whole experience including their customer service does leave me somewhat dissatisfied even though I'm getting what I ordered at the price expected.

"This was absolutely the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

I ordered a pair coil springs and spring seats for my car all at once, shipping to Alberta. Everything was in stock at the time, but I did expect it to take a while because it was shipping from the States.

A week later I received an email notice that the springs were out of stock, and would be struck from my order. I checked the website and they were still listed as in stock. I called customer service, and the agent basically told me it was my problem. There is no notification system for when a part will be back in stock, no indication as to why is was still for sale and in stock on the website.

I called back again a day later and spoke to a different woman. She managed to figure out that this particular part does not ship to Canada. This is despite the fact the website is called Canada Parts Online. And instead of simply advertising this, or catching it when I entered the shipping info, or even telling me this when I called, all I got was an automated out of stock notification.

I was offered a $10 coupon for my next purchase, which they forgot to attach to the email they sent giving it to me. Needless to say I will never order from them again. Try autopartsway.ca instead - better service, prices, and it ships from Canada.

"The customer service reps are a bunch of jerks. I've been trying to return a part for over 1 month. I filled out a online request form, and have been waiting to receive an email with their "return form." I called them several times and their response is, "you'll receive it when you receive it."
One freaking month and counting to wait for an email! Are they in the stone age or something? What a bunch of Hacks!

"Ordered a muffler for my Lexus - half the price of a factory part from the dealer. It arrived very quickly, just a couple of days. So far, so good. I took it to a local shop to have it installed. One problem - - it didn't fit! I was miffed. The shop that was installing it for me sourced another one from their supplier - - it didn't fit either! 2 other suppliers - same story. It seems none of the aftermarket mufflers made for my car would fit. So, the shop modified my original one ordered from autoparts canada so it WOULD fit. No big deal, they just cut a pipe and welded a piece on.

So in the end, I guess I can't be upset with autoparts canada for the problem, since it was the manufacturer of the part that made the error in creating a part that won't fit. Autoparts canada did their part in delivering it quickly and for a great price. I guess I could have sent it back, but I didn't since I would have still had the same problem with all the replacement parts, and at a higher cost to me.

I would order from them again without a problem.
