"Let me start by saying thank goodness i was able to find Mike from Auto Aesthetica. I was searching extensively for the Finish Kare kit and when i finally found one, it was available from a retailer in the UK! I knew there had to be a place other than that so i finally got Mike's information and he was a real gent. Gave excellent customer service, had the finish kare kit i wanted, and also gave great advice on the whole process. And to top it off, the kit includes 7 samples of finish kare products and i accidently only chose 6. He promptly called me back and told me about my mistake and suggested a good product that I could use. Now once my package arrived (which was very fast shipping) I opened it up and to my surprise he even threw in an additional sample for me to use! Words cannot explain the good experience and im sure the rest of the staff at Auto Aesthetica is just as good. "Auto Aesthetica exceeded my expectations both in the product I purchased and the customer service. Mike hooked me up with some Iron Cut after my failed attempt at a full Finish Kare Paint Decontamination System on my 2009 Cobalt SS/TC did not get rid of the embedded iron particles in my paint on the rear bumper. Not only did I receive the product fast, Mike also helped me to get the very best results with the Iron Cut by emailing me tips and tricks and giving me a phone number to call in case I ran into any problems using it or wanted more tips and advice. He followed up even after I had done the initial decontamination with the Iron Cut. All in all it was a fantastic experience. Great products, great prices, and fantastic customer service.
