China based company . Selling worthless JUNK!!!

"Bought handle cover for my 2019 RAM. Tape was old and had to be remove and handles soon faded due to poor clear coat. They said they would make it right but NEVER did. Even though they claim to be in TN they are not they are China based. just kept sending emails and asking for pictures which I sent. Many have been ripped off by this company . DON'T be next!!1"

Is 0 stars possible?!?!?!

"Is there a 0 star option?!?!? My fiancé paid about $700 for some step bars on 3/14/19 we received the bracket kit about maybe 5 days later but that's all that ever shipped out no word on the main bars! Waited a week and he calls they say it needs a specific truck to deliver them to us. Well waited about 2 more weeks with nothing he calls them yet again this time apparently their excuse which I've seen in some of these other reviews elsewhere are they are transitioning from one facility to another. Its complete lies all around well totaling 2 months later we call to cancel well got an email saying our order was cancelled and a refund will be processed on May 7th. So we sent the bracket kit back with the RMA they had given us the product had reached their facility on June 20th at 10:11AM. We figured that would be that they would process it and we get our money back. Nope he called that day and the lady tells him it will take 3-5 business days Well going on day like day 18 July 16th after contacting BBB a bit ago and them responding again with please wait 3-5 days and nothing its day 5 no money no emails being replied to! If you haven't received your product talk to your bank as this is a fraudulent charge they are not responding anymore in any form and are just hoping we go away! Well we are a young family and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people! They are crooks ill be leaving nasty reviews wherever I can about this place to warn others never to buy from here!!!!"

This Company is a JOKE!!! DO NOT ORDER from them!!! They have No Consumers Service at all!

"I am going to turn them into the Better Business Bureau!!! I order a jeep top cover from them on June 1.2019. I called them on June 6. 2019 to see where it is was at, and I was told that it was on a six weeks back order, I said just cancel it then and give me a refund, I have called them atlease a dozen times and emailed them, it's a joke, I still haven't received my refund yet and I'm not a happy person!! This company ****!!!!!!"

"Same as another review by RoyDewey.....site says 24-48 hrs ti ship. A month later and several calls, still no product. So I canceled. Still waiting for refund. I will probably have to file a dispute. USE ANOTHER COMPANY!! THEY ARE WORTHLESS. "

Very poor company

"I ordered some Weather Tech floor mats for my 2008 Silverado. It took around 15ish days for me to get shipping information for them. Well in the time it took for me to get the floormats, my truck got totaled. Completely out of my hands. Nothing I can do about that. Well..I don't have a Chevy anymore, so I don't need these floormats. They tell me I have to pay for return shipping which is b.s. the size of these boxes it costs me at least $50 to ship them back to them. So I just lose 50 dollars because of something that wasn't even my fault? No thanks. Never doing business with them again. "

AutoTruckToys run around

"AutoTruckToys web site said item was available and ships within 2 days. Placed order 6:30am before they opened and they charged my credit card immediately. Checked the website after the order and the in stock didn't go down which was a bad sign. Waited 2 business days and never got a shipping notice. Online order tracker was down for 5 days and still is. Sent fax and they said the order wasn't received on there end till 12pm on that day I sent it. Then stated that it wasn't processed till the next business day. Called them and they said the needed a couple more days. Waited and called them back. I asked customer to call the warehouse and ask them if they have it in stock and to please email me back. They did not contact me back. Called customer service again and they said probably the next day. Called them the next day and they said probably the next day. 11 days latter and item never shipped. "

"Terrible! Damaged product, horrible customer service, lied about contacting manufacturer. I just filed a fraudulent case with my credit card company after 3 weeks of their bs. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR TOYS

"They failed to honor their (1year)price match guarantee on a purchase I made same day. Thus, not only did I cancel that order for $475. They also lost my business on another order I just made earlier same day for $1300, plus any and all future business for items such as shocks, headers, etc., for well over $3000+. Bad business, suggest you should retrain your employees about false advertising laws and such business practices.
Look elsewhere for your TOYS!

Rude & Lowsy Customer Service

"I dont usually do this, but to anyone else that may make the same mistake we did, do not purchase from this company. Lowsy attitudes, poor customer service, and apparently inaccurate inventory status online as well. We purchased an item that was on sale for black friday/cyber monday. Got an email 4 days later stating the item was out of stock. We called and the lady had a rude snippy attitude instantly. We asked when the item would come back in stock, they dont know. We asked about alternative items, and were told to just pick something and call back and they’d see if they had that in stock. We asked about the price differences since they werent on sale anymore, and we’d have to pay current price. We asked why since this was not our error, and no attempt was made to offer any resolution, it just is what it is and possibly because they are updating inventory systems, but they dont know and it didnt matter, the price would still be whatever it currently is. What a way to treat your customers!!!

Bottom line, we can pay the higher price somewhere else, that actually WANTS our business and we gladly will before we attempt to buy ANYTHING else from here.

Don’t waste your time!!

"Customer service is horrible. Took forever to get our order and it was wrong. Tried to return the part and bc we got the part to match our truck color we cannot return it. So it makes it very difficult on the buyer. You either have to pay someone to paint match or take the risk of the order being wrong and still losing money. "

Bait and switch

" I ordered a 2010 tailgate liner for a F2 50 truck with a step assist. They sent me a plane tailgate liner for a regular pick up bed. In the picture in the online catalog depicted the exact part that I needed. Which was the pick up bed liner for the truck that has the step assist that’s why I ordered this particular part. They said there was a fitment note that I should have read that said this part will not fit a truck bed with the step assist. They would refund the part but said I was going to pay shipping. It was a classic bait and switch. Why do they have photographs depicting the wrong part when you order you are expecting to get the part in the photograph. Never deal with this company. They have Horrible customer service. The rep was extremely rude. Wish I had known about all the horrible reviews this company had before ordering."

No customer service st all

"I bought a 2007 2 Door Jeep jk about 7 months ago it needed to be completely reconditioned so from then I’ve been purchasing every thing it needed online to have at my disposal when I was ready to put that part on . In January 2018 I purchased side bars from revel enterprises website Autotrucktoys.com. I put in my year, make and model Jeep their website showed me side bars that supposedly would fit. I finally got to putting the bars on June 14 2018 and to my surprise they don’t fit they are too long they push past my front OEM mud flap .I sent numerous pictures to the manufacturer Steelcraft to show they don’t fit . after viewing the pictures steelcraft said the bars are the wrong size they’re too long. They said they would take care of it. But first I had to go through Revel enterprises. I contacted Revel and they have been going back and forth with steelcraft they said they would treat it as a warranty issue being that I purchased item 6 months ago. I get an Email today from Revel stating because I have aftermarket mud flaps on Jeep that’s why the side bars don’t fit I emailed revel back stating that mud flaps were factory installed they are a genuine OEM item .

So basically revel is telling me I have to remove my stock OEM mud flaps in order to install their side bars. And being that I puchased side bars 6 months ago Revel refuses to accomidate me and Revels website which is Autotrucktoys.com does not state any where at time of purchase that if you have mud flaps installed these side bars wont fit. This is clearly product misrepresentation their website left out key fitment information and they’re blaming it on the factory installed mud flaps they took my money and refuse to give me the customer service I demand.
