Bad experience with them

"I ordered some auto parts and when I made my order was not any shopping fee then, when I made the payment they send me email asking to pay 175 $ just for the shopping.
Which was inducted when I made the order.

In order to ship the order to you we will need to have the shipping charges paid. We have a few options for you. We can ship to you with USPS Priority Mail for $55.00 or we can ship UPS Expedited to you for $175.00. Let us know which option will work and we can email you the invoice to pay the shipping charges. Once the shipping is paid the order will ship right away for you. Again our apologies for any trouble this may cause you.

"I stumbled upon this company three years ago when I was looking for a wheel hub assembly for my pickup. They had one at a really competitive price with a lifetime warranty, but it was the interaction I had on the phone that sealed my decision. In calling them up I ended up speaking to the owner and had a courteous and helpful interaction that made me feel confident that I was getting the right part at the best price and that he would be there if anything went wrong. When the ABS sensor that came with the new hub assembly turned out to be bad, I spoke with the owner again and sure enough he immediately shipped another sensor to me at no additional cost. More importantly, he enabled me to avoid additional labor by not asking me to remove and send the entire assembly back; this smart, sensible workaround made a huge difference to me.

When it comes to auto parts, it can be difficult to know that you're getting the right part when you buy online. Not with this outfit. Their customer service rep was able to discern that two different wheel speed sensors were put on 2000 Ford Rangers depending upon the month of manufacture, explain what the difference was between them (other than the $50 difference in price) and finally source one for me at a better price. They beat the prices at the local auto parts chains every time, and they're able to get parts that the local retailers can't even special order.
