"I placed my order with AuspcMarket and stuffed up my email address so communication was my fault. I phoned but could not get through. I then emailed them and got a response within the hour to advise me that my order had been dispatched. I requested the tax invoice and received that within 10 minutes of the request.
All up - Great service and equipment at the best price I could find. Extremely fast dispatch of goods far exceeding any other business I have dealt with over the past 12 months. And they bundle postage at a good rate especially if you have ordered several products as I did. Just keep in mind they are an Internet-only business and communication is primarily via email.
I would recommend this business and will be purchasing from them again."
"Very poor experience. Order item as shown as "In Stock", paid express shipping, dispatch FAQ states item will be dispatched next business day. After four days, item had not arrived, I used the contact us form to cancel order as was still marked as "Processing" and I needed item urgently. No response.
9 days later, item arrives. Contacted AusPCMarket, turns out item was not in stock, but with supplier. No communication during this process that they couldn't fulfill their delivery expectation, no further communication after I responded to their lack lustre performance.
Avoid like the plague, go with someone like PCCaseGear who state if the item is actually ready for dispatch or is at the supplier."
"AusPCmarket..........Once they take your money that's it, you never hear from them again. You try to call and ALWAYS get a message we are to busy to take your call however you can email us and we will respond is 30mins. I HAVE BEEN WAITING 7 FREAKING DAYS FOR A RESPONCE!!!.

"I bought an item from them and asked for it to be cancelled in less than 24 hours. As soon as I asked for it to be cancelled they told me it had already been shipped and could not be cancelled. It was around 6pm that night when they sent me a tracking number, I put the number into star track only to find out the tracking number was only made 30 minutes after they told me it had already been shipped, twice as bad is I've spoken to star track and they have told me they do NOT have the package yet and won't until later they pick it up later today, which is 24 hours after they told me they couldn't cancel the order and give me a refund because it was already shipped out. My point is auspcmarket are liars thieves and scammers who only want your money and will do whatever it takes to get it and keep it, I read some positive reviews online about them and In my opinion they write all the positive reviews they have themselves. "
