"I was looking to buy a Motorola Cliq XT anywhere that would be cheaper than in stores and AuroraCell had it. So I did a little research on whether or not to buy the phone from here. I went to the only place I could find which is here and google reviews and from what I saw AuroraCell was supposed to be this excellent company with outstanding customer service. There were only a few bad reviews on it so I was hesitant, but I went for it any way because I couldn't find the phone anywhere else due to it's bad record (Honestly, I don't think the phone is as bad as everybody says. It is a little laggy but it's not pulling your hair out stressful. You just gotta be a little patient with it. So far it's working perfectly fine for me.) After I put in my card number and such I was thinking that it would ship out the next day or two, but I was wrong. After 2 days, I decided to email them to see what was going on. They said they were waiting for the unlocking code. 5 days later, it still didn't ship. I saw them online so I saw the opportunity to Live Chat with them. Conveniently, that day I chatted with David he said he shipped it that morning and included a free memory card with my package. So I thought "Sweet a free memory card." 3 days later I got it in the mail (I chose 2-3 day shipping) I was excited to receive and was eager to use it. First thing I did was look for the included memory card that was no where to be found except for a 2gb memory card in the phone. I'm not stupid (despite some grammar errors I might have), I've read up on the Cliq XT and found that it comes with a 2gb memory if you buy it anywhere, long before I found the phone on AuroraCell, so basically they lied. Then when I turned on the phone, it didn't fully turn on. I waited for hours for it to turn on. I plugged it in to see if it was just out of batteries and it ended up not turning on at all after charging it all night. So I returned it and asked for an exchange. I told them to make sure it worked when they ship it. Got it 4 days later, working and I've had it for a couple weeks now, but I'm highly disappointed in AuroraCell for not making sure it worked in the first place and for lying to me about the memory card. You can buy from AuroraCell if you please, but you could be one of the unlucky ones that get a bad experience from it. AuroraCell completely changed my opinion about buying online. Now I don't think I'll buy online without so much caution."
"I ordered from online sites before and was always please until I ordered from a big name site and received my Bluetooth opened, aside from that the device was turned on when I received it so I had to send it back, I then contact Auroracell to make sure that the devise they are advertising is new and sealed. After some review reading I took the chance with them and im glad I did. The service was pleasant and shipping was as promised. Overall I cannot complain. I received the product via mail within a few days after I placed the order. Thank G_D for the reviews.!

Had to call for advise for compatibility on a LG phone and found out that it was not going to work on my network and the salesrep helped me find the phone i can use with all the features i like.
