"Absolute after sale service disaster. I purchased a $150 phone from them and when found defective they quickly asked me to send it back at my cost. I sent the phone back only to find out that nobody back in china would pickup the delivery at the postal station. After communicating by email to the customer service more then once, that the phone was by now delivered to the post office, I never heard anything back from them, in spite of my repeated emails. Now I am out of a defective phone and it costed me an extra $50 of postal charge to send it back. And no more response from Aurabuy. My total lost $200 and some aggravation."
