This time I purchased a HRT Music Streamer II + to turn a laptop I have into a media player that I can play my flac collection on. I am ripping all of my library into flac. Again a great price and excellent service.

Both times I did call and talked to an individual Alan if I am not mistaken. I have never ordered off of the website and never had any problems calling. Great individual and great service. In fact I asked RR to include the company. I do not have my order numbers handy. If need be I can look up the receipts I deleted the emails."
