"I ordered an Asus CDRW. The retail package was supposed to include Nero 5 Burning software. I was surprised to find that the software was missing. I contacted AudioExchange.com and they offered me a burned copy of the software. I also sent a courtesy copy of my email w/AudioExchange.com to Asus headquarters. The response from both Asus & AudioExhange.com was overwhelming. AudioExchange.com did better than what they promised by providing the actual software (OEM packaging). I also received the software from Asus. Even though everything was resolved I will probably look else where before buying from AudioExchange.com again as my expectations are very high for online retailers since there are so many to choose from. You only get one opportunity to make a good impression."
