"Ordered a Vantage Point 4-shelf glass audio stand, after calling & verifying with a gentleman that they did actually carry it (even though the website indicated they had 3 in stock). This was following a bad experience I had shopping at Etronics.com for this same item, where 3 business days following my order and after I emailed them, Etronics tells me that the product is out of stock!

But anyways.. Audio-Etcetera was very courteous & professional about the whole transaction, and replied to my emails in a timely manner. The product arrived today in excellent condition, and I am very pleased with this transaction.

Bottom-line: Even though the price at this store was slightly higher than some other online stores, I would rather pay extra to get this kind of service plus the convenience of talking to a person at the other end.
