"I ordered a clearance item, purportedly an open box of Audioquest P814G spade connectors for speaker cable. The spades I received we not P814G (a premium spade that accepts 8 gauge wire) but instead the normal Audioquest spades that accept only 10-12 gauge wire. They're completely useless to me. Customer service did not reply to my email."
