"Didn't sound like a legit store selling, that’s why they were offering the lowest price on the web for Nikon D5200 DSLR camera. I am surprised it has such high ratings.
During the online ordering process on 7/28/14 it says the product is in stock.
Never received any email confirmation for placing the order.
Next day, somebody calls and verifies the CC information and tries to sell batteries and memory card. I decline to buy those. The guy puts me on hold and saying he wants to check the stock status.
Tells me, the camera won't ship till August 18th and it drop ships from CA distribution center.
On 7/31/14, I call them to cancel the order. After being on hold for long time, finally I speak to someone on the other side and request to cancel the order. I requested email confirmation for cancelling the order. No email confirmation received yet. He says last time the email system was down, but this time I should receive an automated email.
Overall, after reading several other stories online, everything sounds shady and won’t recommend this seller/website to anyone."
"BUYER BEWARE this guy is a scammer and if you have a problem you will get NO response & No resolution. Sold me defective JVC KW-XR810 deck. When I called said he would call me back. Waited 48hr never called so I called again. Said I would have to email them regarding problem, did they never replied. Called again 48hrs later told him they were failing to reply and he rudely said he would call me back as soon as possible. Waited a week no call back. Tried to call again multiple times but now they never pickep only went to voice mail (caller id?) which of course he never replied to. Filed complaint with Discover card to stop payment. They would not because I was out of the 15 day warranty period. The reason I was is because he would never respond but Discover said that is not their problem. GOOD PRICES NOT SO GOOD WHEN MERCHANDISE HE IS SELLING IS DEFECTIVE OUT OF THE BOX!"
"Have to say that I was skeptical when I saw the prices on the site, but reading the positive reviews prompted me to place my order. I got a bit nervous when I hadn't received a shipping notification after a few days (item was in stock and ships same or next business day). I thought the holiday may have interfered, but sent an email to the sales dept. anyway to check on things. Prompt reply, and very courteous giving me the full update on my order, plus the tracking number. Turns out it had shipped the next day as promised and was right on time. Great service, unmatched prices and responsive staff mean I will be purchasing from these fine people again."

"I purchased a AVH-P3300BT dvd/receiver for my sons truck from Audio Video Dimension only after a few trips to my local Best Buy and Pacific Stereo stores and websites. Sure they were local but what a hassle. they advertise, take your money, then claim out of stock, and slowly return your cash. A.V.D. on the other hand advertised best price possible ( and they were right ) fast service, and when i had tracking questions Sunny on their chat online was very quick and helpful. most of all I think A.V.D. knows that word of mouth and great service travel fast. "Nice website OK prices terrible customer service, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I was ordering two sets of car speakers and found a nice price on one. Without looking anywhere else I added the second pair assuming they were priced well too. Wrong. $30 more than amazon oops my fault. Well as it turns out I ordered wrong size for the fronts. Two weeks of calling(not every day) not once did they answer their phones. I left three messages with them about returning the speakers. Went away for Thanksgiving for several days. Call again no answer, go onto their website and try to use their Chat, noone is available. Couple days later try chat again finally talk with Ash. First impression person is rude and pissy I want to return something. He informed me that since I haven't emailed them about this I cannot get a refund! I told him I called several times, left many messages and left my number for them to call back. Nope no luck he can't help since I didn't email "returns" specifically. All he kept saying is its past the 15 days and since I didn't email them Specifically at their returns email they couldn't do anything to help. What? Do not give these people your business, many better sites stick with amazon. Shipping was slow took them a week to ship and then another week+ to receive them from carrier.
TL;DR They didn't answer their phone for two weeks, now its to late to return something."

"I ordered a Pioneer AVH-P3100DVD from Audio Video Dimension and arrived in three days at my door. Very quick shipping. I got a phone call from a representative the day I placed the order to get any additional information from me and answer any questions I might have. The unit is working very well and I am very pleased with their service. One thing that got me to buy from this company and not from others on line is that their warranty is for two yeas and they replace defective units with brand new ones according to their warranty information. Other sellers on line especially on Ebay will replace defective units with refurbished units that can have scratches on the screens and dings. I hope I never have to use their warranty but if I do I will post my experience."
