Really bad customer service

"They make good products for the price in general however their customer support is quite lacking.

Case in point, my A5+ bamboo finish speaker developed a split/crack just before the warranty period was up. I contacted customer service via email, and was promptly emailed back by Patrick. He asked me to send a picture, which I did, then we went back and forth a couple more times and then he just stopped answering me after that and began ignoring me.

Really poor customer service here and it seems they will do whatever they can to avoid covering their products under warranty. I guess they do not stand behind their products, which is shameful.
