"I ordered a Little Labs product from Audiobuy as the price was really good compared to what other websites were offering. However after payment I didn't receive any form of confirmation. Over the next few days, I tried contacting the website via chat (they don't have any sort of email option for contacting them), but I didn't get any reply from them. So I asked for a refund via chat, and finally someone at the store replied me with a single line of "Your refund is already being processed."
Needing to get the product, I went ahead and got it off of Thomann instead, paying a bit more for shipping and GST and I received my product within a week (Thomann is the best..).
I then waited for my refund from Audiobuy for a month and no news of it happened. And then one day, I received my product from Audiobuy.. almost 2 months after I ordered it. So I decided to try and return the product and get a refund from them. Only when I tried to log into their website using my account name and password, they actually log my into another person's account. I don't know what they did, maybe disabling my account after I asked for my refund, but basically all traces of my order is lost, since I didn't get an email confirmation and my account is disabled so I have no access to my order information. Basically a horror story of an online transaction. I'm now forced to try and sell the product on Carousell to try and at least get some of my money back. I would highly recommend anybody reading this NOT to buy from Audiobuy Singapore. Get your product anywhere else please!"
"I stumbled across AudioBuy while looking for Ibanez guitars , shipping to Singapore not Australia but I think they have websites for many countries. I checked out on the website after emailing AudioBuy with my questions - my card wasn't requested so I thought I'd need to buy from another store because without billing me I doubted the order was in process. However to my surprise I received a Paypal invoice from AudioBuy later that night and proceeded to complete payment (order #48117584) - the invoice arrived in USD currency which converted to my local SGD currency - I do notice that the listed price on the AudioBuy website is slightly different than the total SGD amount I was provided by Paypal before final billing. In any case the difference was minor so I paid , I received a standard payment notification email from Paypal instantly and then contacted AudioBuy asking for an update. The next day the girl at AudioBuy said my order was in stock and the FEDEX tracking would be available within 2 days , she said that during the COVID19 pandemic they're short staffed so instead of same day shipping it was the next day or the day after depending on the queue. I got my FEDEX tracking number at the end of the next day. FEDEX are a good service because they tell you exactly what day to expect your delivery , unlike other providers are give a vague range. My order was expected to arrive 5 days later so I waited ... patiently ... 5 days later the truck man knocked on my door with a package to sign. I knew it was the AudioBuy order because the guitar shape of the box , I was very very happy. Since the exciting unwrapping of my brand new Ibanez guitar , I've been very happy with it and am pleased at the price I got it from AudioBuy without any extra import problems I half expected. Overall I review this music shop 5 stars , perhaps 4.5 because of the delay in Paypal invoice but the guitar is AMAZING and packaged beautifully - so 5 stars! If I could offer any room for improvement to AudioBuy it would be to open physical show rooms around the world in my region Singapore , and offer phone assistance so customers can get immediate answers. When they responded to my email asking why there was no phone number she told me that their email responses are fast and that hiring a fleet of phone operators is not suitable given they can respond to most concerns by email very quickly , and they have all information at hand on email such as order numbers , back history , etc. I have purchased from other stores such as Sweetwater and my local shops , one big advantage with AudioBuy it seems is that they can source a much larger range of equipment and can order in guitars if they're not in stock. Locally when I ask about Ibanez and Schecter rare guitars they tell me that they must order in from overseas which takes weeks or months. AudioBuy say they take 7-10 days for unstocked guitars , my order was in stock however so I cannot attest to this timeframe."

"Hello my name is Alistair , a struggling musician to say the very least. I have given AudioBuy a little business over the last two years and they've always been really helpful and fast in answering my emails despite the low value of my orders - usually accessories and the like. When I ordered from these guys 2 years ago they had checkout credit card and I was billed during checkout but for some reason in the last 6 months they've only allowed Paypal. The last time I bought anything at Audiobuy I had Paypal handling my credit card transaction and was asked if i wanted to make a paypal account at the same time but I didn't. I've heard that Paypal are one of the safest ways to pay so i suppose it's an improvement on their part. On the downside though , the checkout process takes longer because i have to wait for them to send me the Paypal payment request. "I landed on the audiobuy store 3 weeks ago and didn't order straight away. When I did order I wasn't asked for any payment which was strange but then just over one day later I got an email from Audiobuy with a Paypal link to pay. A few days later I paid after emailing back and forth with the audiobuy staff people and then paid. After I paid my fedex tracking was emailed to me after 2 days and the order (Mackie Mixer VLZ) was delivered after 3 days. I think they are nice and reliable but the ordering process leaves something to be desired. I do not understand why they don't charge customers and checkout and confuse people by instead sending them paypal emails the next day."

I buy from audiobuy one time 2 weeks ago and i was very happy with the time it takes to arrive to my address. With other stores i buy from they ship with slower post but my box came from Fedex and very fast so thankyou. All is fine with audiobuy but the payment took a long time because when i visit the site they do not take my payment but instead send me paypal email on the next day. The customer service rating is average but i have not needed to get customer service yet."
"I checked out on the Audiobuy website and then received a Paypal invoice after 1 day. I paid with my credit card attached to my Paypal account and it was ok when my tracking # was added to my account after 2 days. I think Audiobuy are ok to deal with because of Paypal buyer protection otherwise i would go to my store in town. I trust Paypal and Audiobuy use Paypal so I recommend this store to others. The Behringer Odyssey wasn't in stock anywhere except for Audiobuy so i bought from them very recently and thought i'd add my review because i read other reviews saying they were reliable and not reliable."
"am currently taking this company to small claims court in Singapore. After purchasing an item I paid over $2000. After a few weeks of not receiving it I e-mailed them. I was then told by them that they would not deliver the item . Although I have confirmation that they received payment, Audiobuys now refuses to answer any of my e-mails or explain what they have done with payment. Its very strange and i've been ignored for months now and have lost this money. Essentially they are keeping the money. The company is not registered in Singapore and I believe it is some sort of scam.

"I'm giving Audiobuy 4 stars because they're a reliable store who delivered my order but the checkout process was a little confusing. I added my items to cart and when I checked out there was no payment option - just an email saying that i'd be emailed a Paypal invoice if my order was in stock. I waited about 12 hours and eventually the Paypal invoice came to my email...I would prefer if AudioBuy charged me at the point of checkout. The shipping was done with FEDEX and took 3 days to arrive to me after I paid with Paypal. The order I made was for an Ibanez Prestige guitar and an AKAI interface for the DJ guy in my band (he paid me later!). The customer service was quite good by email but i couldn't find a phone number , I think they offer only email support which is OK if it's quick to respond."

"I purchased the zoom h4n and a few cheap mics from Audiobuy for field recording and that sort of thing. The order itself was fine and the order arrived after a few days , i'm only disappointed with their staff when i emailed through asking for tech support on how to use the lapel mic and a strange button on the zoom h4n which i don't understand...i eventually got it working but Audiobuy weren't able to help me with half of my questions on how to use the zoom h4n with my mics. overall it's a decent reliable store but perhaps they don't hire enough product specialists or technicians. over and out!"
"I purchased one unit of TC Helicon Harmony Singer 2 and it became faulty after a while. I read that the problem was not uncommon and a replacement would be made if purchased within 3 years. Contacted TC Helicon and was asked to send the unit back to National City, California, USA. In the last communication on June 9 2019, I was told a replacement unit would be sent to me. However until today, I have not received any reply nor new unit and my enquiry was not answered."

The times i purchased before were good and my last time was the same , they have good paypal process because i only buy from retailers which offer paypal. "I have used AudioBuy 2 times to buy guitars , a Hong Kong musician I am always trying to find the best price and I came across AudioBuy when Googling a few months ago. The guitar was in stock and Paypal was available so I went ahead and made the 1st order. The 2nd order was made later. This review for AudioBuy is for both guitar orders. I paid with Paypal and I got a FEDEX tracking number on Monday after I ordered on Friday (for my most recent AudioBuy order). The guitar arrived later in the week in good condition. My review is faultless really and I do recommend using AudioBuy especially for Hong Kong because the prices here can sometimes be really inflated."

I went online and saw the price for the seaboard on the audiobuy store.
