"Very disappointed! Placed an order, made a mistake on the order (the shopping cart had a duplicate item instead of one) and after payment tried to call or email to cancel the duplicate item, lo and behold, no email address or phone number to contact customer service.... there is a non-working link that says "Click here to contact us" but it does not work.. tried everything no success.
Customer service, you have to fix this or add email address... I am not even sure f this is a scam homepage or a legitimate online retailer... I did not receive any automatic emails after placing the order... not even sure what is going on anymore..."

"I got the Canyon effect pedal from EHX with the audiobuy store , nothing to complain about really. I got the FEDEX package yesterday evening and just plugged it in now and it sounds great. I don't know if I'm reviewing audiobuy or the pedal but the service from audiobuy was good anyway and the products they sell are good quality. The pedal sounds are terrific and combining them with other pedals has been fun. I'm surprised how good it sounds for just $120. Thanks EHX and Audiobuy."

"The Audiobuy store does not show USD or EUROS currency so i had to use a currency converter , i could only find audiobuy sites with Australia , Hong Kong and Singapore currencies. So I used a currency converter and the total price was quite good. I spend 2 days waiting for the people at audiobuys to send me a Paypal payment link and after that it was an easy process in getting my tracking and arranging picking because I'm rarely home to collect anything. "Hello reader , my review is overall good but in the beginning of using AudioBuy i found to be quite confusing. The AudioBuy Hong Kong website take my order but did not charge me or ask for the payments so i email them and i am told that they don't have a checkout and send payment request only if order in stock. My order was in stock and i receive the payment request about 16 hours after i make checkout so in the beginning i was confused but in the end i am happy and am happy to receive the goods with fast fedex. If you are buying from the audiobuy then please be aware that you don't enter your card information until later on when they have the stock levels checked i think."

"I saw the Dean CFH guitar listed on the audiobuy site , the Dean from hell guitar i mean was listed on the audiobuy site and i the price was low so i emailed them and was told that the guitar was not in stock but would be back in stock after 1 week. I waited 1 week and contacted them again when i made payment. The paypal payment billed my card soon after in my currency and i got the tracking soon after that. Everything went well with buying from audiobuy and i have zero complaints to review Audiobuy about. The staffmember who emailed me about the 1 week delay was honest and true to his word when the guitar came back to stock for shipping. Thanks!"
"hi guys i paid for a charvel guitar from the best price audio - audiobuy shop a few months ago and it came to me after 6 days with fedex. I am going to buy something else from audiobuy soon and it reminded me of my first purchase so here I am writing a review. The custom service was OK but the price is what made me from the audiobuy shop. I checked with audiobuy team before paying with paypal and they had 2 in stock. The guitar i ordered came in black and it comes standard without a hardcase but the fedex package was put inside a softcase with good protections for the transit to my address in Singapore. Thanks to audiobuy for offering better prices than any other store in singapore! - Benny"
