"I ordered mats for the front rear and trunk of my car. The next day I received an email saying the order was canceled. So I reordered all three. 13 minutes later I got two emails telling me my order was ready to ship. So only the rear mats had been canceled not all three. I finally was able to get someone on the phone to cancel the whole second order I placed. I then ordered just the rear mats since the other two were about to ship. But I guess the man I spoke to went into the system and canceled all orders except for the rear floor mats because that is all that showed up to my house today. So no I have to reorder the front and truck mats... which are the ones that I actually needed the most and now will probably have to wait another two weeks.
So this most recent order is for the front and trunk mats. For the 3rd time. And this one is not off to a great start because I got an email telling me that the USPS label was made for these at 9:37AM on Tuesday April 9th.... it is now 8:26M on April the 10th and the packages have still not made it to the post office. This is absolutely infuriating."
