"Ordered 2 floor heat registers on 12/30 with standard shpping. I hadn't heard anything and called on 1/5 to find out nothing had happened - explanation that they were closed for 4 days over the holiday!!! The item was shown as in stock, but not where it needed to be to ship, had to be transferred from one place to another and then shipped. Finally shipped on 1/7 by UPS Surepost, probably the slowest ups/usps combination possible, for delivery 1/15. Could have ordered the same thing for a few bucks more on Amazon Prime and had it 1/3. Good price but absolutely clueless when shipping and servicing the customer."

"They take forever to ship and their customer service stinks. I live in the North East so I was trying to order a de-icer for my driveway, they happened to have it in stock for the cheapest. I had to call twice and wait on hold for 5+ minutes each time to finally get them to ship my product. One call should have been enough and frankly waiting a full week just to get my product to ship is ridiculous. My favorite was their excuse--"We had a storm here," ironic since I was ordering de-icer and I got the very same storm in Pennsylvania. Won't be ordering from here again."

"Good price, a lot of items in stock (including the bi-fold door guide slides I needed.) Received a week to the day after ordering. Shipping was almost as much as the items, but the items were low cost. Can't beat them for convenience, and they had what I needed - the local hardware and big box home improvement stores did not. I'd order from them again."

"I've ordered several times from Aubuchon and am highly satisfied with their service. I would rather have a complete order shipped than have items not immediately available cancelled so if it takes two or three days I can deal with it. Their shipping charges are low and prices very reasonable. I live out in the boonies so they save me a 100+ mile round trip and being a hardware store if I order it I probably REALLY need it. They also have great Customer Service. The one time I had a problem it was taken care of no questions asked and you can't beat that. I give them a full 10+."
