"Stay Away from these people! I wish I had read all the warnings before hand. Everything and more that has been said is true. They are total scam artists. It took 11 days to get a response to a daily email and 4 skype calls on a refund and abuse problem. They never resolved it. Lied. Made up excuses. And on top of it all never ever even sent me the download for the software after they refused to credit or refund. They should be shut down. They misrepresent who they are and hide behind a screen of email contact and ticket and reply systems and when you call and finally reach someone they tell you they can't find your record on their server because it is shut down that day - even though you are simultaneously viewing it on-line on their server. I can't comment on the software itself since they took my $199.00, never resolved the refund claim issues and never gave me a download to what is still my purchase. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau in Florida, who told me they have dozens of complaints already and can't do much. BEWARE! AVOID! SHUN! HELP PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!"

"STAY AWAY from this store!

It's always disappointing to see a formerly good merchant go down the tubes. I last ordered from these people about 2 years ago and it was a good experience. This is no longer so. When you order you are forced into using PayPal/your bank account, which is right away a bad sign. I smelled a rat and reconfigured my PayPal account to fund from my credit card, not my bank account, and specified 2 business day shipping for an extra $10.83. Four business days passed with no delivery. I could not contact this merchant through 3 different phone numbers, email or online chat. I called my credit card company and they credited my account for the entire amount, instantaneously,- no questions asked. If I had gone the PayPal/bank account route, I'd be in PayPal arbitration right now. Many people would not follow this path through and this merchant knows this. Check out their bad Better Business Bureau report online.

"Caveat emptor! I cancelled my order immediately upon reading the Wikipedia entry on this company. It's been three weeks and I have not been credited, but this appears to be par for the course with Atomicpark. You must wonder why there is no customer service of any kind provided...the entire operation seems to have gone very questionable."

"I ordered two 1GB DDR2 notebook memory modules from AtomicPark.com. However, the company shipped two 128MB PC100 modules. AtomicPark stopped taking telephone calls, and it doesn't respond to emails sent to customer service. When I disputed the transaction with PayPal, the company responded by providing shipping info for the wrong product and my dispute was rejected (I have had to appeal). At the time of the purchase, the company was a member of the Better Business Bureau and had a satisfactory rating. Now, the BBB has terminated its membership and rates the company unsatisfactory!

So, after two months, I still don't have the product I ordered, and I am having to fight with the credit card company to reverse the charge.

"Atomicpark.com is really slow at handling orders. Ordered a Logitech Dual SHock USB controller on Jan 4 and the order didn't ship 'till the 19th. That's 15 days worth of processing time. All the other stores process my orders in 3 days max. The order got here on the 29th which is okay since i specified 5-10 days shipping. They have a good notification system but they SLOW AS A SNAIL. If you want something fast, this is not the place to go."

"After buying items from these folks 3 times, I am done. The first time was ok, but 2nd and now 3rd is a total shame. As usual they claim its in stock and they will ship, I order 2 day air. over a week later no track status, nothing. So you got to call them, what a joy to be on hold for hours. I did finally get a nice lady who then sent me half the order in a fedex 2nd day package, and she emailed me the open license, which is another story because one never knows what they are selling exactly, and I wanted retail box, not open license. The sent me the wrong media and I had to call them back they get my number and NOT return my call, now i stuck with having to probably buy the media for the open license from someone else.

AVOID these guys like the plague.

"Very, very, very unhappy!!! I made my order on Jan 2, and it's now been 3 weeks I'm waiting to receive it. It's been paid already. Whenever I try to call their customer support center, I'm on hold so long (over 30 minutes) that I just give up. Until now, I still haven't received my order. There is no tracking information on my order either. There is no response to my email or anything! "

"Ordered Turbo Tax Business 2006. The delivery took longer than I had hoped but after a call with customer service, found out it was on it's way. Although I received it a few days later than I hoped, the outstanding customer service made up for it. I won't hesitate to use them again."

"Ordered a cheap cable which had an availability of "Ships Free Today". A week later and it still hadn't shipped. But what did happen is that they charged my credit card TWICE! Eventually, I received the cable 12 calendar days after ordering it and they credited back the extra charge. So, overall I'm only a little bit dissatisfied."

"Contrary to other reviews I've seen, I had a pleasant experience here. I got a hold of customer service quickly and they were able to confirm my order. "Since the item was not expensive and I don't need it urgently, I ordered from this company without checking its ratings. This was a mistake, but because I don't need it soon, it may not be a big mistake. When I placed my order I received an order confirmation e-mail, but I have received no e-mail since. Their "Order Tracking" page is just a receipt. Has it shipped? Will it ever ship? Who knows? I finally got through on the phone and the agent I spoke with was polite and helpful. He says the item should ship on Monday and explained that they are still behind from the holidays. If they're still catching up on 1/5, a lot of people must have gotten very late gifts. He offered to upgrade my shipping slightly, but I admitted that I didn't really care and just wanted to know that the item was on the way. He told me that I will receive an e-mail when the item ships. We'll see. I'll try to update this when I receive my item. "

"The WORST online Christmas shopping experience ever!!! These guys SUCK! Ordered an XBOX game as a Christmas present only to find out a couple days before Christmas that the item was supposedly backordered. I never received ANY email regarding the status of my order. You can't reach anyone by calling their customer service number or by using their online chat function. It's totally pathetic. I got automatically generated email responses and only yesterday FINALLY got a hold of a live person. She apologized for my situation but too little, too late, I say. DON'T SHOP HERE!!!"

"Very, very disappointed. I ordered a Christmas present weeks in advance (listed as in stock), and got nothing. After 2 weeks, I emailed, no response. When I called, I was on hold for 30 min. the rep apologized and said he had no idea when it would be available, if I wanted he could cancel. No offer to fix anything, no discount, nothing. I asked specifically and he said they can't afford to give discounts. so now I'm stuck at the last minute to hunt elsewhere. lousy customer service and lousy service=fewer customers! I'm sure that costs them more in the long run, if they're in business long enough, they'll figure that out. I'd never buy again, and will carefully check my card to make sure they credit it."

"The worst online experience of my life. Now I know why some people are afraid to shop online. Ordered product that they said was in stock. Although it should have arrived by 12-19 with regular shipping, I paid for 2d air just to be sure. They immediately charged my card for both the product and 2d day air then started sending emails about how they didn't know when the product would be in stock. I called to try to cancel so I could buy the product from someone else in time for Christmas. I was on hold for 90 minutes while a recording kept telling me to stay on the line or lose my place. After 90 minutes they disconnected me. When I called back 30 seconds later they were closed. Now I can't cancel my order to buy from somebody reputable. I hate them and would never EVER EVER deal with them again, EVER!!!!!!!"

"Never Again, ordered a DS on the 29th. 12/1 backordered. Called an canceled the order on the 1st. Used Bill Me Later. They charged the account on the 29th. Have called them 3 times to credit my account. Each time the "bill me later" person is either sick, or left for the day, no one can help me. As of today, 12/15 no credit, no response, and the order still states "processing". Poor CS.
