That is supposed to be their address, its just a farm on maps. It appears all the location reviews on maps are bad except for the first few sales. Also it is a possibility they have discord "Hack Bots" due to someone i havent spoke to in several months, has randomly sent me a link to their website for a DP-27 parts kit. Sketch af

Canceled my order without warning

"Long story short, I placed an order with Atlantic firearms and they cancelled my order because my billing address and shipping address were different (I'm stationed in a different state than my billing address). They emailed me for clarification but it was auto sent to my "promotions" folder because these people shove their ads down my emails throat at least twice. Out of nowhere they cancel my order. The cancelation email said the original amount for the transaction but when I checked my bank I was short $45.00. I emailed the manager and he emailed me with a snip of their cancelation policy and the tone of "too bad so sad". They never shipped out my order and they're still taking the cancellation fee? They they even changed their cancellation policy on their website in the middle of my dispute so they wouldn't have to pay me back. It's okay though I have screenshots and my bank is handling it now. Don't buy from these guys unless you want get robbed and disrespected."

Still charging restocking fees

"Seriously, what businesses still charge restocking fees?
It’s bad enough a customer has to pay shipping to receive an item and pay for return shipping, but to charge 20% restocking fees on top of saying it’s to reimburse their employee for the time to restock. Seriously? $150 item is $30 to restock? 10 minutes of time to open box and put back on a shelf is valued at $30?

Unprofessional company that doesn't follow their own stated policies.

"I tried to purchase a surplus firearms from Atlantic Firearms on 4/26/2022. The website would not allow me to complete the transaction based on the firearm coming with 13 round magazines, which runs contrary to the stated policy on the webpage for the item itself which stated that magazines would be swapped out or removed before shipping to restricted states. I immediately contacted their customer service and was given a run-around until the item sold out. I missed out on a good deal because they don't follow their own policies. They have a low BBB rating, and it is well earned."

I purchased a Bula Defense M14 from Atlantic Firearms.

"This was my first experience with Atlantic Firearms, but not my first online purchase of gun. They were professional and responsive at every step of the process in answering my questions and working on dealing with the FFL for the delivery. The process worked well end to end. This was a pricy firearm and I would not hesitate to purchase from Atlantic Firearms in the future."

Fast service and layaway program is awesome for poor folk like me

"I just received my first and definitely not last order from Atlantic firearms. I used the layaway program and had zero issues. I had a question and received a response the next day and my order arrived exactly 1 week after paying my ticket in full. My package was not packed well but from what I've seen the issue is with how my particular packaged is sent when imported since others have had similar complaints from other companies.
Most complaints seem to be about their layaway program but the rules are listed and clearly NON NEGOTIABLE.
I personally recommend them

The ordering was easy and only had to email the FFL info and got prompt response all in order. They shipped within two days time and arrived FFL dealer next day. Emails answered promptly. "I have purchased an AK, ammo, rifle parts, other stuff from Atlantic Firearms and I have no complaints at all. Once, I purchased a rifle part and when I received the part in the mail, I realized that I didn't need it. I contacted their customer service dept and they were very helpful in helping me return the item. I have had nothing but positive experiences during my many interactions with this company. I would have no qualms about buying for them again in the future. "

WORTHLESS BUSINESS PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM

"BOUGHT A ARMELEGANT ANG 10 12 GAUGE SHOTGUN FROM THEM ON 9-16-2021 RECEIVED THE GUN ON 9-20-21 ON. THEN 0N 9-21-21 I TRIED TO USE THE GUN IT FIRED THE FIRST TIME AND DID NOT EJECT THE SHELL. I MANUALLY EJECTED THE SHELL, FIRED THE GUN THE SECOND TIME IT DID NOT EJECT THE SHELL, AND THE SLIDE STUCK STUCK FOWARD. I CONTACTED ATLANTIC FIREARMS AND TOLD THEM THE PROBLEM
NOW AFTER MANY EMAILS NO HELP. THE ANSWERING SERVICE IS JUST THAT THEY JUST FORWARD MESSAGES. CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST TELLS YOU ITS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY ITS A WARRANTY ISSUE. SO THEY TELL ME THE MANUFACTURER WILL CONTACT ME, WELL THAT NEVER HAPPENED.BOTTOM LINE IS DONT BUY FROM ATLANTIC FIREARMS YOU WILL HAVE BUYERS REMORSE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Beware. You are responsible for everything. They hold no accountability whatsoever.

"Beware you are responsible for everything. Atlantic firearms does not take accountability for anything. Read the small print at the bottom of their page of their policies. In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control happening. For example your local FFl dealer goes on vacation without telling you and there's nobody to sign verify for the firearm delivery from FedEx after 5 days FedEx will return send item to Atlantic firearms and you get a refund -15% restock fee you will be responsible for even though there are circumstances beyond your control that were unforeseeable. They will not as stated in their shipping policy reroute to another FFL dealer if your FFL dealer is not available to sign. Atlantic firearms will ship it out at the earliest convenient and will not take customary delivery times of when to ship. This happened to my brother. I once was a satisfied customer of Atlantic firearms. Now because of what they did to my brother and their updated non-compromising policy I and my brother will no longer be doing business with Atlantic firearms. "

Wonderful service!

"I asked them if they had any HK91 type wide handguards, and they sent out a team to search the warehouse at my request. I also contacted them about me moving houses, and they agreed to make sure the shipment got there before I move! Definitely a lifelong customer now!"

Delaying shippments with false excuses from sales department personel

"They are delaying shipments with false claims that a selected FFL to be shipped to has outdated records. When approaching the transfer FFL dealer, they indicate that they have already sent current the valid Federal Firearms Licensing (FFL) documentation to the Atlantic Firearms LLC. and that the documents are current and to date. Even FFL sending me a copy to as proof to verify that there is not any issues with documents.
Atlantic Firearms LLC.is responding that the records need updating and delay shipment.
These claims are false and misleading the customer as to justify delays and this appears to be a common practice as I've experienced several times when ordering and their false claims for delays in shipment after payment.
