"I placed my order for two Atari Joystick adapters on November 23rd 2006 and by December 15th there was still no sign of my order. I contacted Albert Yarusso at AtariAge to ask about my order and he stated that it had been shipped and that I should contact him again if it hadn't shown up in a couple more weeks.
So I waited and by January 2nd there was STILL no sign of my order. I attempted to contact Albert again to ask about replacing my order but after a few days there was still no reply to my email. I sent another email to Alex Bilstein of AtariAge outlining my problem and asking for a refund. Again there was no response. It is now January 27th 2007 and I have yet to receive my order, a refund, or EVEN an email from AtariAge explaining the situation. My only conclusion can be that they have NO intention of fulfilling my order.

Talk about timing, not an hour after posting this I FINALLY got my refund along with a brief apology. Score has been revised accordingly.

I never had any problems ordering items from them and their shipping is quite fast, even for paying for the cheaper/slower shipment. I would recommend them to any Atari fan."
