"I purchased a 25-pack of their "24-hour phone tech support" cards last Sept. for resale w/ OEM computer purchases. Since then I have had numerous customers contact me complaining that AskDrTech's 1800 number is not working... So I did a little investigating myself. I called and emailed EVERY SINGLE phone number and email address on their website. All phone numbers were disconnected and all emails have gone unresponded (after 1 month of trying).
DO NOT PURCHASE THESE CARDS!!"
