"I have never been so frustrated as I have with Ashampoo and their so called Priority support (extra charge). I have had an ongoing problem with one of their products and contacting their priority support department is useless. The vast majority of my emails go unanswered and the problem still exists. They did send me an email saying that they were working on the problem but that was back in May. None of my emails since then have garnered a reply.
