"Alana was our salesperson. My mother needed a bed as quickly as possible so that she would be comfortable following surgery. Alana and the manager at the Stonecrest store in Georgia bent over backwards to make sure we found the right bed with the right features and then took the time and effort needed to guarantee that the bed was delivered when promised. The delivery team was equally accommodating. They had to jump through a few hurdles to take the old bed apart and move it to another room, making unforeseen adjustments as they worked, problem-solving on the fly. They were very affable, professional and efficient. It was a heart-warming experience all around."

"I visit American Signature Furniture @ Stone Crest Mall . Lithonia Ga. on 3/31/2015. I didn't make a purchase at that time because no one didn't greet me or act like they didn't care. So i believe in giving any business a second chance. So i visit the store on 4/09/2015 again. This time the experience was absolutely outstanding. Employee name Debbie Stein greeted me when i walk through the doors with a smile. She was not pushy or trying to force me into a sale. She listen to what i wanted . She help me like I was the only customer in the store. Very attentive to helping me make this purchase for my grand daughter a corner bed. I even open an account at this store.
