I think people have been spoiled by amazon and expect their order in literally 2 days. "I did pay for 2 day shipping because it was 50 cents more than standard shipping. I did get what I ordered. But it took 8 business days to get it. I think this company actually buys the product for you off of ebay and has it drop shipped directly to you. The package was an ebay package and it did say 2-day priority mail. Maybe some folks don't get their order because this store can't find the product on ebay on your behalf."
"I order 50 items from the off the website on Dec 1st to provide to my clients as Christmas gifts. When I didn't receive anything on the 15th I decided to call them and the gentlemen said he apologized as they were back ordered and they just received them. He told me that he would overnight them at their cost. Two days later I receive an email that my order was cancelled with out any explanation. I have nothing to give to my clients now and I will have to run all over to find something. I replied to them asking why and if there b was anyway for me to get the item they simply said "no sorry!"

"They overcharged me with shipping and handling, and then when i address the issue with them, they said they'd take 40 percent off the price, AND THEN THEY PROCEEDED TO STILL CHARGE ME! now, it's up to me to return the package and I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING AND HANDLING. the package was open (my family member thought it was for him), but the box was not--they will NOT send a label to mail it back to them and want to charge me ALL OVER AGAIN. never NEVER NEVER work with his company. they do NOT have good customer service and overcharge shipping and handling! it's ridiculous!"
"I ordered a Rocky mountain cup and I was sent a cheaper version which I've seen for sale for $11,00. There was no logo on the cup and I checked to see how long a products stays cool and after 2/12 hour the water was getting warm..
I contacted the company who said they would exchange my product as long as it wasn't opened.. How am I suppose to see if I recieved the product without opening the package. So it will cost me 9 dollars to send it back and probably another 9 dollars from where ever I purchase a new cup so I will be out $28.00 in shipping fees, I trashed the product and will make my purchase elsewhere.. Now I have to pick a star.. But I cant find a ZERO star.."

Once the order was placed, the screen gave me my order number and said the item would not ship for 2-3 WEEKS! As this did not meet my needs, I immediately attempted to cancel the order. Even though it had only been approximately FOUR MINUTES since I clicked to place the order, they said it was already "processing" and therefore I could not cancel the order - and they had already charged my debit card!! Please learn from me and avoid this web site!!"
