Do Not Purchase From Here

"As a gift for my SO, I purchased a painting on November 12th and simultaneously received a confirmation email. Up until Nov 30th I hadn't received an update from them and after sending an email they responded saying that they do not deliver to Apartments. Without telling me, my order had apparently been cancelled at some point but they have yet to refund me. "

A fall from grace.

"After receiving a perfect Van Gogh reproduction I was excited to go big...when the "Turner" arrived I was shocked to see a child's attempt to copy this master with, what looked like, crayons and Kool-Aid stains. Returning the "painting" was received with insulting cracks about how THEY could not possibly be in the wrong and were sad it did not meet my approval. To add insult to injury they held back over $80 for a restocking fee? Never again!"

It looked like a grade school product.

"I had ordered a reproduction for a client. The client had used this company before with reasonable results. When we received the product it was bad. I tried to call, no response. I lost 200.00 dollars and a frame job.
They would not return my money. Very poor product.

Beware

"I don't understand how after reading all these reviews nothing has changed. My mistake was putting an order in before checking out the reviews. Same deal. I made an order, never received it because they put the wrong address (you can tell with the tracking information). Not responsive to any emails or messages. Now I have to wonder how to get the money back. Not sure if this is some sort of scam, but definitely do not purchase from this website. "

Unresponsive

"I'm not actually sure if this retailer still exists. I placed an order on May 5 for 4k worth of paintings for our restaurant, and received a confirmation notice that the paintings were being created. Our credit card was billed successfully.

After waiting the 3 - 4 week prep time (as the notice indicated) I contacted them to see if our paintings were on schedule to arrive. 5 emails and 4 phone calls later, no response to any of them. It is now mid June, and we will be reversing our payment, but in the meantime it is now too close to our opening date to get paintings elsewhere (a big problem).

I see no reason for anyone to gamble by ordering with this company.

The seller was rude and the paintings were bad quality

"I have ordered two paintings from www.artsheaven.com. It was awful, because the items arrived with 3 weeks delay. As well as they didn’t look the same as on the picture. The quality was poor and these items didn’t cost such sum. I was disappointed and decided to return items. But the seller artsheaven.com was angry person, who yelled at me and said that he didn’t want to deal with me."

"I would give them 5 stars, but sorry only 1 from me.
The painting arrived within 7 days, communication was good BUT I`ve been charged £36 for delivery, should be free. They sent it with UPS C.O.D. ( collect payment for your shipment at the time of delivery). I tried to find out what is going on, sent many emails but NEVER GOT RESPOND from Arts Heaven. Nothing at all.
13.12.2014 Arts Heaven finally replied and refunded shipping costs.
So will I recommend Arts Heaven to friends? Hymm.. The painting is ok, delivery time incredibly fast (from Vietnam by the way)...
I don't know. Still got impression if I would not email to them and did not mention about complain to U.S. Trade Commission I would never see the money back...
Because they paid shipping cost back to me I give to them 3 stars.

" I ordered a painting as a gift from Arts Heaven. My credit card was billed right away and I recieved confirmation via email almost immedeatesly. The painting was shipped about 5 weeks later on March 19th, as expected.

Arts Heaven advertizes free shipping and a 30 day money back, no questions asked guarantee, with a 15% restocking fee on returns without defects. My girl friend loved the painting, but did not have a place for it. We looked through the website and picked something else that would work for her house.

After 3 emails and 2 unreturned phone messages I am resolved not to order anything else from Arts Heaven. Ironcally, their greeting message states that for faster service you should email customer service where you will recieve a response within 24 hours.

The Arts Heaven website posts glowing acalaids from supposed customer testimonials, but if you look up reviews elsewhere you find nothing but reports similar to, and worste than this one. After researching this company, which I wish I had done initially, I am convinced that if I try to return this paining I will never see a refund or a response.
