You can easily find a site-wide promo code with a quick web search. Shipping has always been very speedy. Sometimes as quick as 2 days coast-to-coast. They have become my go-to online bike shop. "

"I was about to order a bike from Bike Depot when I came across a deal online from this store. It was an easy sell with free shipping, no tax for shipping outside California and a great price. The order process was a bit odd as they wanted to "test" my credit card with an amount less than $5 as I was ordering from Canada. Despite this the sale concluded in a day. I ordered my bike Friday and it arrived the following Wedcnesday. Outstanding delivery time!

I called for some assembly instructions. The staff were only somewhat helpful but very eager to please. The bike arrived packed for shipping by the store. The packing was immaculate. Near bullet-proof packaging. The bike included assembly instructions that were somewhat generic and didn't entirely apply to my bike. The instructions stated an assembly video was available on their website. This too was pretty generic and not wholly applicable to my bike. I struggled with a couple of aspects of the assembly but eventually figured it out. I recommend the store put a bit more in to assembly instuctions for shipped bikes.
