UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE

"I ordered a straightedge and cutting mat from artistsupplysource.com on the 25th of Oct. On the 1st of Nov, I received an email saying my order didn't go out because they calculated the shipping costs incorrectly and it will cost an additional $144. I wasn't happy as it was nearly a week later, but I paid it.

Then on the 8th of Nov. I get an email that my items were finally shipped. When I got the first item, it was wrong. I sent an email to get a refund or exchange and didn't get a response until I pestered them and then only to say it's being worked on.

Then today (14th of Nov.) I got my second item and it was completely off. I ordered a 48" straightedge and received large vinyl envelopes instead.

I sent another email to get this one fixed too, but I have no assurance that this will be handled in any timely or professional manner.
