I was a bit worried about whether they could meet this estimated date, especially since it was over the Columbus Day holiday. A couple of days later, I contacted them through their online support, and the customer support personnel immediately knew that I had an order which was in process and he was able to give me an update even before I had to ask my question. I would not hesitate to order from them again."
