"A small hiccup, but they eventually responded nicely and satisfactorily. The story: I purchased a small, inexpensive ($12) submersible pump. It turned out to have a loud buzz. I wrote to Art Flow to ask for repair or replacement assistance. I noticed they only had an email address -- no phone, not even with some searching on the Internet.

They did not answer my email. Four days later I wrote again. This time there was some back-and-forth correspondence and within hours Jasmine told me not to worry. She said they would refund my money, and I didn't even have to return the buzzy pump.

So although I was a bit hesitant in the middle, with no email for 4 days, once I got contact I was very satisfied with the response and the ultimate outcome. Thank you Jasmine!

"I previously tried to purchase an item from them. They refunded and sent me an e-mail that they were out of the item. I then sent an e-mail asking when they would get more - no response. I called three times during their store hours on different days and no one answered. A week later, I saw the item on a different site (atomic mall) and saw the seller was Art Flow Designs. I purchased the item, and got no shipping number and whatever. Some time later, I shot them an e-mail asking if my order had been shipped. What I got in response was a very snappy and rude e-mail from "David" at artflow. I was extremely disappointed and will not do business with these guys again."

"I attempted to purchase a replacement part from this company. The shipping ammount they gave me seemed high but I really needed the part so went ahead with the transaction. I was told my item shipped on a Friday. A week later I had not received the part. When I wrote to Steve at Art Flow I did not receive a response. When I did he told me that it had just shipped today(over a week after the tracking on the invoice said it would ship). I asked him what had happened and stated that he should have contacted me if there was a problem with shipping. He was very rude in all of our conversations and cancelled the order even after it had been shipped. I also later found out that the shipping he was charging me was more than he charged for the entire item of which part I was trying to replace. Although Art Flow Designs seems to have a good overall rating on ebay they have spotty and rude customer service. They attempt to get every dollar they can by charging outragous prices for shipping or mark up their items and then offer free shipping. "
