"DO NOT buy anything from Artfuzz.com!!! They charged my credit card the day after I placed my order yet NEVER bothered to send me my canvas picture. I emailed & they NEVER rsponded, I called, they NEVER picked up the phone, I left a voice mail with my order #, phone # & email address & they NEVER bothered to contact me back OR refund my credit card!! They do not even use their name when they run yiour credit, their name comes up as Onlinewall.com which is a company in NJ. I guess they do not want people to know that they are the ones scamming people. So unless you want to just give your money away without getting anything for it DO NOT buy anything from Artfuzz,com!!!!"

"OnLineWall.com has a superior selection of art prints and posters. I collect art and literally have art with bird images throughout my home all over my walls. The prints are mostly in the tradition of the masters of the 16th to 18th century and vintage advertising art with birds. I have become very familiar with the popular art print and poster companies as I continue to add to my collection. OnLineWall.com offers extremely rare prints that no one else in the USA offers with very reasonable prices on all items. At times it becomes necessary to wait several weeks for delivery due to the rarity of some of the items, but it is definitely worth the wait ! My rare art print is absolutely beautiful and was delivered in perfect condition. My emails and questions were answered within one business day.

"Wish I had found this website before I ordered 2 prints from them. In December I placed my order and when they had not come by Christmas I tried calling... no reply, only voice mail.

Then I emailed and was told they shipped my order, but the tracking number they gave me was to an east coast State, I live in the midwest. I emailed to talk to them about this and no reply... I am reversing the charges from my credit card.

This company is obviously out of business, or they would want to try to correct these problems. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

"I ordered a print on 1/27/11 (24 days ago) and have not received my print. I've emailed them twice and just tried calling both telephone numbers. Both numbers have a message that says the mail boxes are full.

I hope I get my print, but am not holding out much hope for it or my $ back.......

*This is an update to my above review. I had posted the above review after more than one month of trying to contact Online Wall with NO success. Both telephone number had full mail boxes and no emails were returned until several weeks after this was posted. I had no idea I wasn't charged (which I wasn't) but due to the extremely poor customer service I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

"Terrible customer service. Found OnlineWall through a link in Amazon. Ordered poster 12/12/2010. Site said usually ships in 11-13 days. At 15 days, wrote to inquire about order. Received rude email reply referring me to the word "usually," and said it definitely was shipping that day. Another week has passed by, and OnlineWall is not returning any emails or phone calls. Order status on the web site is still "processing." Now searching ways to get refund; i have suspended payment in the interim."

"I placed the order on 4/27/10. I week passed and still have not receiving an email with a confirmation number or a tracking number but my credit card was charged $103.92. I sent them an email and was told that the item was shipped. A week later, no print/frame, I sent them an email and then I was told that the publisher was having issues shipping out because they were moving. At that point I requested a refund since I felt like I was being lied to, shortly after I received an email from them saying that the item was out of stock. I has been a week since they canceled the order and no refund has been issued, I have been repeatedly emailing them and still have not received a response. I also noticed that the items are still being sold on their website.

UPDATE 06/15/10: After speaking to a representative of the company today, I was notified about their staff issues they had around the time I placed the order which I am told that they are now solved and they have also apologized for the mishap of my order and have resolved that as well.

UPDATE 07/15/10: I received the framed print today as a gift for the trouble that was caused. This time they have been very communicative gone above and beyond the call of costumer service. Thank you!!
