I am very pleased with the product; it is well built and far exceeded my expectations. "I ordered a 2u Power Supply from ArrowMax to complete a web proxy server I was building. The order time was quick and I received the PSU about 5 days after ordering. Unfortunately, the PSU died about a month later. I called ArrowMax and they informed me to email them my order receipt they had sent me and they would get an RMA number back to me within an hour. 20 minutes later, I received the RMA number and shipped back the PSU the next day. A week and half later, I have a new working PSU! This is a great company to buy from and their customer service (unlike others I have dealt with), is courteous and prompt.
