"This has been the most disappointing experience with a small business website I have ever had. I was excited to get the 5ml aromatherapy bottles at the price it came until the majority of the 5ml bottles were shattered when I opened the box and broken glass fell out. When I called about exchanging the bottles the owner was extremely disrespectful and began to curse. The owner went on to say "listen lady this is not Mc Donald's you can't talk down to me like I forgot the pickles on your hamburger" then continued to curse at me. The owner said that he was "too busy" to deal with me and said "so you can go f*ck yourself you f*cking b*tch." Then hung up on me! I blushed with the language used when talking to the owner. Finally my boyfriend called the owner, the owner agreed to refund my money (which I didn't even ask) for I just requested an exchange. The owner continued to email me and say I was a "mean and angry person" and claimed that I cursed at him and stated I was BANNED FOR LIFE. The worst customer service I have even experienced. "

"My purchase arrived quickly and their customer service was helpful.

I called the number posted on their website to get advice on which aromatherapy oil to purchase. The person on the other end asked a lot of questions and was helped me select an oil (I went with Tangerine).

Evidently they shipped my purchase out the day they received my order because it arrived the following day.

I would recommend this company - especially to someone who is new to aromatherapy as they were very helpful.

"I purchased a product on AromaTherapyWebsite.com. The website promised fast delivery but after two weeks I still hadn't received or heard anything from them. I e-mailed them asking to look into my order and get back to me. Still, I received no response. Another week passed and I e-mailed them again. I asked for the tracking number that they claim every shipment receives. And again I got no response. I e-mailed them several more times with no luck. I was clearly being ignored because apparently, they have never dealt with a lost shipment before and they thought I was trying to scam them.

I then called them because I was getting nowhere fast with e-mails. The person I spoke with claimed he never received my messages. I confirmed the correct address that I sent the messages to, and he had nothing to say. He then pulled-up my order on his computer and conveniently made up the excuse that the items were on backorder. I asked, "If the items were on backorder, why was I charged already and a shipping notice/receipt e-mailed to me?" Again, he had nothing to say. I then asked, "If they are on backorder, how soon can I expect to receive them?" He then realized the easiest thing for him to do was to get rid of me as quickly as possible.

He replied, "It's not even worth it for you to wait for these items. I'll just refund your payment." and he abruptly hung up.

Clearly, they didn't want my business. They make claims on their website that they strive for "great customer service." I didn't see that at all. Any retailer can shine when nothing goes wrong with a transaction. How well they handle problems is the true test of their customer service.

PROS: Website layout is easy to navigate; Flat rate shipping regardless of order size (for large orders).

CONS: Terrible customer service; Illusion of a pleasant shopping experience; Flat rate shipping regardless of order size (for small orders); Poor customer service; No order tracking; No shipping options; Horrible customer service.
