"I had the shocks installed in 2017, by a local shop, all four shocks completely blown out in under 15,000 miles.They said life time warranty.Vehicle never taken off road.I have my original receipt from shop but Arnott said I also need the original invoice from the supplier to the shop , Arnott will not honor warranty. Car is not safe to be on highway . spend a little more and you wont get screwed. This company **** "

"Installed Arnott rear air springs on my Mercedes E-Class and I'm very impressed. The stealership wanted to charge a fortune for two MB brand air springs and then charge for 8 hours of installation time. I took it to an independent shop who used Arnott's and it only took 2 hours and the price per spring was about half. When I asked the garage why the huge difference they said Arnott has their own design that enabled the much quicker install (didn't have to remove the rear end just to get to an air tank). They said they have used Arnott for years and said they have a lifetime warranty and live customer support if ever needed. "
