"I ordered and returned their caddy product and it's been over a month and I haven't received my refund. I have emailed them twice about this with no response."

My original review is below. I did ultimately receive a product from the company after considerable delay and little ongoing communication so I'm updating my review to 3 stars from 1. Once I have an opportunity to use the product, I'll report back. My initial impression is that there are some fit and finish concerns (like finger print smudges in the plastic finish) but overall I'm surprised I got anything so I'm somewhat relieved.
