"This company is a fraud and do not use it. I order a lot from pricewatch and have found it to be a great place to comparison shop. I have never had a problem from them before, until now. I do agree with some of the other comments that pricewatch should be some what responsible for the company's that are allowed to advertise their products on their site. Luckily for me it was only a few dollars and a lot of time spent disputing the charge with the bank, Unfortunately for pricewatch, myself and numerous others in my industry will no longer use their services. "Ordered A 500 watt power supply using my debit card it was charged and i got an email within minutes saying it was sucessfully processed,waited a week tried calling for a tracking number but number was disconnected.within two weeks i emailed them twice about the situation with no responce next thing i know the site isnt even there anymore.I was shocked to see how many people were ripped off by theese idiots.I have filed a fraud complaint but as we all know its worthless.It has to be something we can do about this.It isnt the money its the fact i was screwed.If they'll do this what will they do with our card numbers thats what needs to be asked here.I think price watch is partly liable for even posting the links to their items."

I ordered some RAM on their web site after looking on PriceWatch. At first it looked like a very good deal and for once the info was consistent with that is posted on PriceWatch (many other vendors post there with free shipping but when trying to post order I would find non free shiping).
I was emailed a UPS tracking info, but alas it turned to be a phony and I actually never got to see my memory and after two emails they simply stopped answering.
Now the web site is down. Grrr.
Now the only thing I can do is see with my bank if I can get my money back or find any legal information to denounce them to comsumer bureaux.

I believe that they went defunked a couple of months ago, which is good because I tried to order a stick of PC 100 256MB of RAM from them and never received it. I tried to call and e-mail them, and of course, the number was disconneted. I did managed to get an e-mail to them and they promise to give me a processing number, that never happened. A couple of days later, their site was down and I felt robbed, fortunately, I was able to contact my bank about the situation and gave me back the money. I'm a big user of pricewatch.com and was shocked that Arismo was their top rate pick, I made sure that they knew about this rip-off company. I have always trusted pricewatch, but now I'm way more wary of who I shop with. A word of advice, check this site before you buy on-line!!!!"

"I recently ordered some ram from these guys for a friend. I never got an e-mail with an invoice number or any type of confirmation. I used a debit card, so the money simply went down the drain. I would love to meet the owner of Arismo some day with a shotgun in my hand."

"I too was taken by this company. On July 19th I "purchased" two 512mb sticks of RAM to have the same thing happen. I sent them a message one week after the order to see if it wat going to be shipped soon and received a response apolgizing for the delay and not to worry as it would be shipped ASAP. I never heard from them again. I also am going to contact the BBB and file a complaint."

I filed a complaint with the CA Better Business Bureau but got a reply from them that they couldn't contact the company and it was up to me to find them and get my money back.
