"I've placed several orders with Arena within the past few months, sometimes I get my order in 2 days, sometimes a week. I ordered something friday morning, it is now Monday afternoon and they still haven't shipped this. They SOMETIMES respond to e-mails and they have terrible customer service. Live support is never online to help anyone and they don't answer their phones. I am starting to get fed up with these people. They have no consistency and I am pretty sure no one shows up to work on Mondays....must be nice. Meanwhile they charged my credit card and still did not send my order. Very tired of this."

"AE Customer Service is a joke. It is, as far as I am concerned, non-existent. I placed an order with 3-5 day shipping - 19 days later, I have not seen the product. I have sent them several polite emails and have heard nothing back from them. They refuse to address issues and are pathetic at customer service.

They're website looks legit, however, don't be fooled. There is an ad at the top that says 'as featured in USA Today', well click that link. It isn't necessarily featured, or shown in a great light.

Honestly, I understand there are some good reviews of them, but don't take the risk of having something going wrong and getting NO support. There are other companies that have some so-so reviews, but at least their customers admit their customer service will actually resolve the issue. I will never chance buying from AE again.
