"I have bought twice in this shop. The first time everytrhing went more or less well (quite a delay after they said the order was shipped). The second time, they said the order was shipped but the shipping company (Kiala) hadn't received the parcel. After I emailed Archonia they replied they would investigate. After that, nothing. They didn't reply to my emails and neither send the parcel or refund my money. I had to got a partial refund through PayPal's buying protection but they didn't refund the money of the preorder that I had paid with Credit Card."
