"Terrible experience. I purchased three Praying Manti Egg Sacks and not one of them hatched out. Understood that it happens but ARBICO Organics Gardening would not reimburse me nor send me three more. Terrible customer service. I woould not but anything from them as their customer service is lousy."

"First time ordering (2013) with this company I was impressed with the product. Nematodes to control ants and fleas in lawn and around the house. Worked well and I was very satisfied despite high prices $60. Allowed me to completely control ants and fleas without pesticides.
Second (2014) order arrived dead and I was refunded product price only. Lost out on shipping and it was too late in the year for a second order to ship, too hot apparently. Cost $65, lost $20.
Third order (2015) was placed early in spring to avoid heat and arrived quickly. The price had gone up substantially for the Nematodes $80, plus shipping. The product came and I was suprised at how little product I received. Clearly quantities have gone down as price went up.
Worest of all, they didn't not work. I can't believe there were ANY Nematodes in the small amount of inert material I received. Called Arbico-Organics and they said ants and fleas are hard to control. I could order additional products that they recommend an sell or consider spraying chemical pesticides, use some other product like diatonatous earth."
