"This store has good prices and quality products, but I was most impressed by the customer service. I've ordered from them several times and have been very happy.
Recently one of the fixtures that I had retrofitted using one of their kits stopped working. I thought the ballast in the fluorescent light had died. I called them up and explained the problem, and they said that from what I was describing it sounded like a faulty endcap and not the ballast. They would have shipped me both a new end cap and ballast if I wanted them to, but the guy at AH Supply was pretty sure it was just the end cap that needed replaced. So they got it in the mail that same day and when it arrived I replaced the end cap and the fixture worked! I was impressed by the knowledge of the people there, being able to diagnose over the phone was was wrong with the light fixture. They didn't charge me anything for the replacement part, not even shipping!
Also, once one of the bulbs that I ordered was broken during shipping. I called them and the shipped another one out immediately free of charge.
Their kits are high quality and reasonably priced.
I give AH Supply my highest recommendation!!!"

I purchased a pair of retrofit kits from them about a year ago (including bulbs) and this most recent order is for replacement bulbs (lifespan on these bulbs is just about a year). Lower prices on the bulbs than I've found anywhere else (with comparable ratings)."
