It is 4-6 weeks special order even though the website still says in stock. I had to contact them to find this out and get something else shipped. They said they couldn't ship it but their site says they are shipping 7 days a week. The first part of my order arrived yesterday and the filter base is damaged. I sent them an email but don't expect a response. It took a week to get my order. The only way I could reach anyone was through online chat. The phone is not answered and no messages are returned. "Never order a part again. Still waiting on part to b processed 8 days later. But then got told its waiting on the courier. Cant get the owner or manager to help me. I will Never order from here again. I've done everything I can..even offered to drive 2 hrs to get part myself from warehouse. No one has contacted me either.
