I would give them a 0 score if I could. This very unprofessional guy Scott came to check my fridge and while I went outside to the porch to let him work, he's left my house without telling me. My door locks automatically so soon after, I heard noises as if someone was breaking my door down, felt like the whole house was shaking! The doorbell was going nonstop when I went to open the door, it was him trying to get in. He was told we couldn't hear outside and that he should've call. The only reason we were able to eventually hear outside was bc he was literally punching on the door and we felt like something was shaking.
Anyway, after letting him in I went back outside to find out 10 mins later, this guy's left without letting us know leaving all the screws on the floor.
We called him, he kept hanging up the phone.
Then we call the office, a guy by the name of John answered (sounded just like Scott) and wouldn't let a word in and kept hanging up on us. All we wanted to know was what was wrong with the fridge. "
