"Ordered two Whirlpool freezer light switches. After installing one switch did not work so obviously I tried to return the switches.
Incredibly, their return policy does NOT ALLOW an installed part to be returned!
How can a customer determine the operation of a part without trying to see if it works???
Now I have two switches and am out $38!
Obviously this company is more interested in their bottom line rather than customer satisfaction.
And by the way, there is NO telephone listed so all communication is done via messaging to a "no reply" web address only to recieve a canned response from an unknown sender.
Stay away from this firm and its site!
Use Amazon if it offers the item which in almost every case it will and their return policy is driven by satisfying its customers!"
"I ordered a refrigerator part LAST April and has never been delivered. I sent emails and all that came back were canned responses. I tried calling but the phone number only goes to voice mail. This place is a sham. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I will keep posting bad reviews until I get my money back.
