Great source for appliance replacement parts

"ApplianceZone did an outstanding job with my order.

I needed a replacement part for my rather ancient dryer. They had the correct part in stock, for a fair price - about a quarter of the price that the appliance OEM would have charged me.

The online order process was easy, transparent and straightforward.
Order tracking updates were precise and I received my part timely and in good shape.

A big Thank You to the ApplianceZone team for an excellent shopping experience! (Not so common these days...)

I will order from them again when I am in the market for any appliance replacement parts. Highly recommended.

Worst experience

"Highly unreputable dealers. Sent wrong part. So much back and forth. Would not pay shipping return for small fridge part that they sent wrong. Spent so much time and energy trying to get a valid response. Got nowhere and gave up which is what they wanted. They gave no hint of making good on this situation. Had to purchase elsewhere and waste money on a part that does not fit. Do not give your business to this dealer. Unreliable and unprofessional. "

HORRIBLE COMPANY and They LIE!!!

"A few months ago I purchased a computer board from appliance zone. The item was marked as "New" on the website. Upon arrival the item was clearly marked "reconditioned" and the item did not work. I contacted appliance zone. While I was communicating with them about the item marked as "New" they changed it to "reconditioned" on the website and told me that it never was advertised as "New." Appliance Zone now told me that I would have to pay for shipping and restocking fees.

After being lied to, I contacted my credit card company and they agreed that I should withdraw payment. I withdrew payment of $153 from my credit card to appliance zone and now I received a "bill" in the mail for $200.07. The letter is poorly written and ends with....

"We understand medical billing is not always simple to understand, but we can help."

Clearly they just copy and pasted something they found on the internet and have no idea what they are doing.

STAY AWAY!! This company is complete garbage and I'm reporting them for fraud in IN and ND.

Horrific!

"We accidently broke the dish to our microwave cleaning it. I got the model number from the inner door, and typed it into my Google search. There came up the picture of the dish, and Appliance zone and price. I ordered it. One week later it was at my door except it was the wrong size dish. I contacted Appliance zone and they would only give me a return slip if I first placed a new order with them again.They also said there would be a handling charge even though I said I originally ordered the right one according to my model number. So, I just ate crow and ordered the new and paid to mail back the wrong one. I sent it return receipt requested so I had proof that they received it. Time line was I got the wrong dish Christmas week. They received the dish back January 12th. On my February 20th credit card statement, they had charged my account for the new dish I never received, and over thirty days later never credited me for the returned dish. I contacted them a few times and got a text message they were working on it. I have purchased plenty of items on line, this by far is the worst company rip offs I ever dealt with. Two months later no dish for my micro-wave and charged both times. My card holder has helped me with crediting my account. WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAD COMPANY! "

Terrible return service

"Worst support of a problem ever. It has taken over a month to get a RA.

I ordered a refrigerator gasket. It came used (even had return authorization in the box from previous customer which I scanned and sent them). It has terrible creases and would not seal. After trying the multiple "solutions" customer service suggested, I just want to return it.

Their communication is very quick and responsive but they are making it nearly impossible to get my credit.

They refuse to credit shipping as it was "not their error". REALLY???? you sent me a used defective item and it is not your error??

I have over 12 emails I have sent requesting this get resolved. It is always something else. Try this, try that. I just want my money back. BUYER BEWARE. GOOD LUCK IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES AND NEED A RETURN.

Do not buy from this company

"I purchased a part for my air conditioner August 22nd and never received shipping confirmation or any type of customer service e-mail- updating me on the status of my order. a week later, I received an e-mail stating my order was back ordered. There was no other information given. No expected delivery date, nothing. So, I decided to wait and assumed it would be another couple of weeks. October came, and I reached out with a paypal complaint. In response to my complaint, this company finally gave me an expected delivery date which would be the end of October. Well, it is weeks past the date and I still have no package. I demanded a refund, this morning, and was answered with the same monotone type of costumer service e-mail from “Madeline”. There was no earnest apology or offer of incentive. The customer service of this company is beyond terrible and I will be informing all of my friends and family to stay away from this company. "

Takes FOREVER !!

"ordered a part for a Samsung refrigerator on 7/25/17...delivered on 8/10/17.....16 days to get delivered ?? Checking with Appliance Zone...you can't call anyone human of course, so you get to chat. You're told, oh well, it's out of our hands, contact USPS or FedX...it's their issue now?? Well Appliance Zone, it's your company. If you're ok with service like that, good luck in the future. I will use someone else for my parts in the future."

horrible!!!!

"horrible!!!! my dryer broke down, I bought a replacement part from them...I had to contact them 5 day later to ask what is going on with my order since I never go anything after the confirmation email.

Well it was back-ordered and they were not ever even going to let me know. Now they expect to get more in 15 days!!! They thought they would just not tell me and leave me without a drier for more than 20 days!!!


STAY CLEAR OF THEM!!!!

They do not stand by their products

"I ordered a latch for our Electrolux Pedestal Drawer and they assured me they were sending the right part. It was such a good price that I ordered two latches since the last replacement only lasted two years. When they arrived, neither one held the drawer shut. After several emails back and forth, they offered to send out replacements. I chose replacements ONLY IF they were from a different lot telling them maybe there was a glitch in the manufacturing. The next two arrived and my husband installed one - the same result. I contacted them offering to mail them back and even though their website says they will refund money in 90 days they are now refusing to refund our $55.45 for the latches. Their reason - they don't refund on used parts. How would we know it didn't work if it hadn't been installed (with ONLY two screws). My husband took the latch off of the dryer which was the original latch - there is a definite difference in the interior of the two latches so the ones they have are cheap knock offs that do not work. I ordered from Speedy Appliance Parts but while the first emails were labeled as such - later emails are showing Appliance Zone so they are going under at least two names - no telling how many names they are using to scam people. "

Quick Delivery from ApplianceZone.net

"The oven door seal I received was a perfect replacement for about 60% of the price I saw elsewhere online. Showed up 5 days (3 business days) after ordering. I ordered it through ApplianceZone.net vs .com. Not sure the difference but on net there seems to be different items listed and you pay a modest shipping fee. The seal was not listed on the .com site."

Excellent Value

"Have had a few experiences and so far all is great. While the shipping does take some time it is explained on their site. While frustrating it is FREE and their prices are well below others. Sort of have to weigh the pros vs the cons sort of thing. 5-10 days but rarely does it ever take much more than 3-5 and never has it been 10 but this is just my experience. Parts are well packed and always OEM. Chat service is very helpful when needed also. My experience with some of the "other" sites has led me back to appliancezone. It is a great place to get the parts you need while saving some cash. No it won't arrive overnight but you will save a lot more money. Money that can be spent on more important things like beer :)"

"HORRIABLE SERVICE reqards of shipping place order on Friday September 16th ApplianceZone did not give order to fedx until wed the following week. Not expecting to get part until September 27 if you looking to get part fast this is not the place to buy. there phone # is a voice mail so if you have a complain you can only email them.
