"Nothing to complain about, other than 1 item wasn't sent with the box full of parts, washer supply hoses sent instead. Not a problem, I called APP, talked to Ken, he took care of everything, received the missing part 2 days later and will wait to see if the shipper wants the hoses back or not. The customer had no problem waiting extra 2 days, I have great customers. All in all, APP is great company to deal with, they always have the parts I need, shipping is quick and they actually answer their phone when customer service is needed.
