"Honestly, not good. Very disappointed. I watch my daughter on camera all day and I feel like I want to cry. Most of the day is open play which is incredibly boring. Rarely they go outside or to the gym. Staff turnover is so high no one knows my daughter. I'm very upset by the lack of education here. I emailed the director asking if services changed and she said no. But it has. I get it though. If you don't have staff you can't do anything. I'm very upset. I hope to get my daughter to a place where she can be nurtured and learn"
"There are some teachers who offer better service than others. There are some who don't greet you or the children when you walk in, which is very off-putting. Our son is often has a dirty diaper at pick up and the staff dont offer to change him, we have to walk into the room and do it, which is unacceptable for him to be dirty and not changed while we are paying for care."
"The school has been great since we started in 2016. However, with the recent change of directors, I have noticed a change in staff behavior, cleanliness and friendliness. It can make it very challenging for my 5 year old to like going to school and for me to want to leave him when there are no stocked bathroom supplies and dirty bathrooms. ."
