"We have only been enrolled for about two months. We have a child in the infant 2 class that has never been in daycare previously. The staff in infant 2 have been phenomenal with communication and being positive that time will help him become more comfortable. He has had some great days now that they have learned his cues and he has gotten more comfortable with his teachers and peers. We love being able to share updates with our families by including them in our care circle. The teachers are great at capturing little smiles and new experiences and sharing it with us which of course makes leaving him at daycare easier. We know he will experience new food, activities, and situations that will help him grow and develop. Overall we are so happy to be here."

Unfortunately I carry the insurance for my family I cannot afford to not work and put my child in daycare but I also cannot afford daycare at your current prices for infants I had to pick up a second job just to cover your car infants for part-time are extremely expensive for what you provide."

"this school is really great with instant responses. They did not provide food menu on a timely basis for a few weeks in a row. They were really great about rectifying that and explaining the limitations. I think turnover and short staff had a part to paly . The director Denise is wonderful and down to earth. She is very approachable and I feel as though I trust her leadership and decision making. That is a big reason I plan to keep enrolling."

"The director is fabulous. The school facility is very nice. There are inconsistencies between Appletree Grandville (current, we transfered a month ago) and Monroe (former). At Monroe, you were required to bring home cups to wash - said it was per licensing. At Grandville, we are told to keep them at school so teachers can rinse (no wash) and refill. At Grandville, your entry code can be the last 4 of your phone #. At Monroe, we were told that was a security issue and had to use something else. Also the teachers are very nice at Grandville but they do not engage with me by sharing stories or insights into my children. Some don't even look up at you. This was not the case at Monroe."

"The daycare has struggled with the transitions as part of the change in ownership, in combination with the ongoing labor shortage. Since the change in ownership there has only been a decline in my feeling and perception of the daycare."

"We have LOVED AppleTree. Ms. Margret and Ms. Autumn were/are incredible teachers and such a great introduction to the school. We looked forward to having our 2nd son come to school just so he could have them as his teachers. Every step along the way, our older son has had amazing, loving, caring, engaged teachers - Ms. Sally, Ms. Kira, Ms. Neesa, Ms. Maggie! They've all been amazing. The teachers are what make this school so incredible. We really appreciate all that they've done and are doing to pour into our sons lives and love on them. Thank you!!!"
