"Our experience at Gilden Woods has been amazing. We have a 7 month old baby, Theo, that has been attending for about 4 months. We love the teachers at the infant 1 class. Samia and her amazing team are very kind, engaging, and we truly feel like they care about our son’s safety and development. At first, we were nervous about sending our first baby to daycare, however, Samia/team have exceeded our expectations and we could not be more thankful that Theo is cared for by such wonderful people. "My son is 16 months and I am happy with his teachers engagement, their level of excitement to work with him, and their cleanliness. I would like to see more of a specific circulum of what they would be doing with him during the days he is there, and would like to see if he, is unable to attend due to sickness, that I am not charged. This daycare has great care and quality, but you will be charged the same amount every week whether your child is able to attend or not (sickness, unforeseen circumstances, holidays, etc.). I understand and agree paying daycare workers for the holidays as paid time off which I am willing to do, but when my child is sick and we are still charged, that's ridiculous. This is the only thing here frustrating to me, everything else we love including being able to see him on camera throughout the day, great feature!"
