"all the iPods (touch 3G) I received had their transparent plastic boxes scrached all over like they just went throught hurricane, all were missing a white wrap around paper like the ones from Apple, Amazon, B&H or JR, there was nothing between the units to protect them from scraches during transport, I call and spoke with a rep, whos point of view was: if they are sealed, they are fine even if they look like they were picked up from the garbage bin, not what I expected (wanted to give them as a gifts for summer camp volunteers), my first and last order - end of the story, stay away"
