"Ordered the audio interface (Apogee Ensemble) a couple of years ago and have been experiencing some serious issues with this unit. No matter how many times I requested the customer support I got nothing but abrupt and rude answers that would NOT address the issue at all. The best you can get from the customer service representative was - just reboot the unit, re-install the software which did not help. They would cancel the help desk ticket or mark it as solved. Very disappointed in the product itself as well as the customer service attitude "
